What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes full access to all Professional plan features - Illuminated Mode, ML recommendations, threat detection, compliance reports, and API access. No credit card required. Your isolated environment (API server, database, portal) is provisioned automatically.

How does deployment work?

After registration, you receive a Docker Compose deployment package via email. Run the included PowerShell script to deploy your isolated API server, PostgreSQL database, and management portal. Then install the lightweight MSI agent on your Windows devices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and policies are preserved across plan changes.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes - pay annually and save 20% on any plan. Contact sales@segmentaur.com for annual pricing details and volume discounts for large deployments.

What platforms are supported?

Currently, the Windows agent (WFP enforcement) is production-ready. Linux (nftables) and macOS (pf) agents are on the roadmap. The management portal and API server run as Docker containers on any platform.
